  • Applications must be received at least four weeks prior to the event date.  Any applications received within 4 weeks of the event may be refused.
  • Some of the Maldon Car Show events are themed or limited in space, therefore Maldon Car Show reserves the right to accept stalls and exhibits at its discretion.
  • The directions and instructions of Maldon Car Show representatives must be obeyed at all times.
  • Gates to exhibitors and traders will be normally open at 7:30am and exhibitors should be on site no later than 9:30am with all vehicles parked in the designated area/s.
  • Stallholders and exhibitors arriving after 9:30am may be refused entry via the main access point onto site and redirected to the public car park.
  • To ensure public safety traders and exhibitors are required to remain on site until the end of each event. In exceptional circumstances a marshal MUSTbe sought to escort you safely off site.
  • All road worthy vehicles must have insurance. If not road worthy, then should be brought in on a trailer. 
  • Exhibitors must display their passes on their vehicles. In the case of club bookings, the lead vehicle should display the pass. Clubs should try to arrive together. 
  • Exhibitor passes are valid for the driver and one passenger. All accompanying children under 16 are admitted free.  Additional adults may be subject to an entry charge.
  • All vehicles are restricted to 5mph whilst on site and apply hazard lights at any time the vehicle is moving.
  • Exhibitors and visitors must stay within the designated areas and not trespass onto adjacent property or farmland.
  • Children must be supervised at all times. The river is deep and dangerous and barriers around machinery are there for their protection.
  • Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and any mess cleared up properly; dog owners must use designated bins for disposal of waste.
  • Litter must be bagged and placed in the bins provided.  No rubbish or waste is to be thrown in the river.
  • Persons are admitted to the Maldon Promenade Park at their own risk. Maldon Car Show will make every effort to ensure public safety and security but will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury however so caused.  
  • All vehicles are exhibited at the owners risk. The organisers cannot be held responsible for any los or damage incurred whilst on the show ground.
